Annapolis Md

The above pics are the Vahlgren Hall, where the Dry Dock restaurant is, and where we had lunch, and the tomb of John Paul Jones. He was brought toAmerica in 1905 and enshrined beneath the chapel, after being in obscurity for 113 years in a Parisian cemetery. There was alot of history about him. He was a man affiliated with three differnet contries during his military career. The blue chapel is a non denomanational church for all the servicemen and women.
I tried to tell Neil he should have his closet like this one. No, leave mine alone. We were there for the formation for the Plebes, to go to lunch. Took 30 min. for formation and they get 20 min to eat.

The last pictures on the

bottom are of Valgren Hall, they have a memorial for servicemen lost their lives to the sea, And last but not least the Dome is on the chapel .

Thesen are all the game balls from the football games that the Navy beat Army. The chandliers in Valgren Hall and then the pool. I learned there is one thing good about being handicapped, we got to drive on the base and park right next to the visitor center instead of walking the 2-4 blocks.
