Neil found this guy making art pieces out of things he collected from scrap piles. I had a slightly different opinion of some of it, but as the saying goes, "One man's junk is another man's treasure." It would take some talent to visualize what a pair of clippers could be... cat ears....I didn't figure out what the flowers were out of, but they were pretty.
